Job summary

Hyphen Connect is seeking an ambitious Multimedia Designer who blends traditional design craft with generative AI to steer visual narratives across our Web3, AI, and social media portfolio. You’ll work as both hands-on digital artist and creative director, guiding visual language, photoshoots, and video concepts from ideation to final execution.

You’ll collaborate with product leads, creators, marketers, and developers to translate complex ideas into accessible visuals while exploring

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, motion/video, and AI workflows.
3+ years of graphic design, visual arts, or motion graphics with Adobe/Figma mastery.
Hands-on mastery of generative AI for production workflows (prompting, LoRAs, video/image synthesis).
Experience directing photo/video projects and crafting storyboards.

Responsibilities

Utilize AI tools to prototype and refine high-end image and video assets.
Design dynamic visual assets across social, Web3 visuals, branding, and marketing.
Direct photo and video productions from concept to final execution.
Perform motion design, color grading, and video editing for high production values.
Collaborate with product leads, creators, marketers, and developers across ecosystems.
Stay on the bleeding edge of visual design trends and AI models.
