Chubb Life is seeking a senior analytics leader to build and guide its global Analytics function. The role covers data science, predictive modelling, scoring, cognitive use case design, and business intelligence across eight Asian markets.

You will shape the science layer that the AI Engineering team deploys, balancing academic rigor with practical business impact. You will lead the full lifecycle of models—from hypothesis to production—while ensuring governance, responsible AI, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in data science, analytics, or quantitative research with 4+ years leading analytical teams.
• Insurance industry experience is critical.
• Deep expertise in statistical modelling and ML: supervised/unsupervised learning, ensemble methods, survival models, NLP, and deep learning.
• Production track record: models built, validated, and deployed at scale in insurance or financial services.
• Experience designing analytical intelligence for GenAI/cognitive AI applications.
• Strong command of Python, scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, Databricks MLflow, and Snowflake.
• Proven ability to build analytics teams from scratch and develop talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication of complex quantitative findings to executives.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead Chubb Life's Analytics function globally across 8 Asian markets.
• Define modelling methodologies, feature engineering standards, and model validation frameworks.
• Own full model development lifecycle from hypothesis to deployment handoff.
• Oversee GenAI use case design and cognitive AI applications with measurable outcomes.
• Govern BI and descriptive analytics via PowerBI and Insights Studio; establish reporting standards.
• Deliver analytics value across Distribution/Agency, Actuarial/Risk, Customer, and Operations.
• Build and mentor analytics teams; define structure, hiring profiles, and operating model.
