Talentier Group an AI Deployment Company is hiring experienced Senior AI Software Engineer to work directly with international clients on AI and software projects This is a hands-on engineering role You will work with clients to understand their problem design the right technical solution build it and help deploy it into their existing environment We are looking for engineers who are technically strong communicate clearly and can take ownership of projects from problem to production

What You Will Do

Design practical AI and software solutions based on the client s needsBuild and deploy production-ready applications backend systems and AI solutionsIntegrate new solutions with existing client systems APIs databases and infrastructureWork with cloud platforms such as AWS Microsoft Azure or Google CloudWork with large language models Retrieval-Augmented Generation AI agents and related AI technologies where requiredDeploy and manage applications using tools such as Docker and KubernetesExplain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersTake ownership of projects from initial discovery through production deploymentDocument architectures integrations and technical decisions clearly

Experience

At least 3+ years of professional software engineering, backend engineering, AI engineering or machine learning engineering experienceStrong experience building and deploying production softwareExperience working on real client or enterprise projectsExperience taking systems from development into productionPrevious client-facing or stakeholder-facing experience is strongly preferred

Technical Skills
