Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Technology Architect to lead the technology direction for the Group's digital and AI initiatives. You will work with management and business units to identify opportunities where technology can enhance education consulting, customer service, and internal operations.

The role requires designing scalable solutions across applications, data services and intelligent capabilities, plus guiding delivery with governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, data platforms or AI-related roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases and cloud technologies.
• Experience applying AI technologies to knowledge management, customer services, document processing or business workflows.
• Experience evaluating and integrating third-party technology platforms or AI services in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with ability to explain technical solutions to business leaders.
• Experience leading technical teams or cross-functional projects; experience in education/consulting/customer-facing digital businesses is an advantage.

  Work with management and business teams to identify opportunities for improving education consulting, customer service and internal operations through technology.
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions covering business applications, data services and intelligent capabilities.
  Assess emerging AI technologies, platforms and external solutions based on business suitability, security, cost and implementation complexity.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and external technology partners throughout solution design and delivery.
• Establish practical standards for system integration, data access, application security, technology governance and production support.
• Monitor the effectiveness of technology initiatives and recommend improvements based on business requirements, user feedback and operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technology architecture, data platforms or AI-related roles, with experience progressing into senior technical responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases and modern cloud technologies.
• Practical experience applying AI technologies to knowledge management, customer services, document processing or business workflow scenarios.
• Experience evaluating and integrating third-party technology platforms, AI services or software solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions and trade-offs to both business and senior management.
• Experience leading technical teams or cross-functional projects; experience in education, consulting, professional services or customer-facing digital businesses is an advantage.
