Job summary

HKT is seeking a Senior System Analyst to design and implement AI-integrated subsystems across business domains. You will lead offshore teams (2-3 per team) and oversee the development of secure, scalable AI-driven solutions using Python, NodeJS, and React.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI strategies, apply prompt engineering best practices, and foster a culture of innovation with vibe coding. You will mentor teams, drive Agile adoption, and ensure security throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in system design and architecture with AI integration.
• Experience building AI-driven applications and secure software development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities
