Job summary

Tectura seeks an Senior Solution Architect in Hong Kong to own end-to-end architectures for AI, data, and agentic solutions. You will lead client discovery, solutioning, and governance, turning business requirements into secure, scalable architectures and reference packs for proposals.

You will partner with account teams to deliver demos, validate security, reliability, and cost, and guide CoE delivery squads on implementation trade-offs and risk management.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership delivering enterprise solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable architectures.
• Experience with cloud, integration patterns, identity/access fundamentals, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture-led client discovery, solutioning, and delivery governance.
• Create reference architectures, ADRs, and architecture packs for proposals.
• Guide CoE and delivery squads on implementation approaches and risk management.
• Ensure readiness gates with security/compliance teams and SOW alignment.
• Develop reusable CoE assets and templates for multiple customers.
