Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an AI Solution Analyst to support the Technology, Data and Analytics transformation through AI-enabled solutions. You will translate business needs into practical architectures and help design, prototype, and govern AI applications that align with enterprise standards.

You will cooperate with business and technology teams to validate feasibility, manage risks, and drive adoption while maintaining compliance with security and governance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, science, or related fields, or equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
• Relevant experience in AI projects
• Knowledge/experience in generative AI such as large language models and image generators is a strong plus.
• Experience in DevOps, ML Ops and LLM Ops.
• Experience in distributed system tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Redis, Kafka, etc.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum software development process.

Responsibilities

• Support AI governance and compliance activities by following enterprise standards, data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Assist in AI solution design, documentation, testing and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand user needs and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Prepare documentation, track actions, and coordinate with stakeholders for solution reviews.
