Job summary

HKEX is seeking an experienced IT professional to join the IT Corporate Web Services team as Assistant Vice President- Application Implementation Specialist. You will lead the deployment and integration of Generative and traditional AI solutions across HKEX, coordinating with business stakeholders and IT teams.

You will define solution architectures, manage projects, oversee testing, and drive continuous improvement while creating comprehensive documentation and training materials for end-users.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT application implementation experience.
• Strong generative AI expertise and end-to-end implementation experience.
• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning language models, and model deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generative AI implementation initiatives from planning to end-to-end delivery.
• Provide guidance on designing and deploying Generative AI solutions and fine-tuning models.
• Manage projects: planning, resources, timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to define architectures and integrations.
• Develop testing strategies to ensure reliability and performance.
• Create technical docs and training materials for end-users.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
