Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a Platform Lead for AI Solutions in Hong Kong. You will drive end-to-end delivery of digital and AI initiatives, modernize the customer journey with AI, and optimize internal workflows while ensuring governance and compliance.

A strong移任 background in IT and insurance is essential. The role requires 12+ years of experience, proficiency in Python/Java, cloud services (SageMaker/Bedrock), and experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS or related field.
• 12+ years of working experience in IT/insurance or financial services preferred.
• Proven implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end delivery of digital and AI initiatives on time and within budget.
• Champion customer journey transformation through AI-enabled tools.
• Optimize internal workflows using AI technologies and scalable platforms.
• Establish standards for AI development, deployment, and governance.
