Qualificações

• 3-6 years of experience in Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Consulting, Operations Excellence, Business Analysis, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of AI, automation tools, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor outcomes and continuously improve processes and AI-enabled workflows.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for management.
• Identify where AI can improve business processes.
• Design and implement practical AI solutions.
• Work directly with stakeholders to drive business transformation.
• Help shape the organization's AI adoption journey.

We are looking for a Transformation Manager (Business Process & AI Enablement) to drive business process improvement and AI-enabled automation initiatives across the organization.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, optimize workflows, and implement practical AI and automation solutions that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

• Background in consulting, technology, operations, or digital transformation.
