Job summary

OKX is seeking a hands-on Director of AI Enablement to identify high-value business problems and deliver AI solutions in real operational environments. You will work with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, and GBS, in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Infrastructure.

Success is measured by business impact and sustained adoption. You will prototype copilots, agents, workflow automations, and internal tools, owning delivery from discovery to deployment

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience across product management, technical delivery, solutions engineering, enterprise transformation, consulting, or software/data engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to uncover high-value problems through workflow observation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI, data, or automation-enabled solutions used in real operational workflows.
• Strong product judgment, including prioritization, MVP definition, trade-off decisions, rapid validation, and avoidance of over-engineering.

• Find and prioritize high-value problems by embedding with business teams and frontline users.
• Build and deliver AI-enabled solutions with MVP validation in real environments.
• Lead pilots, enablement, training, and change management for adoption.
• Productize successful deployments into reusable components and scalable playbooks.
