Qualifications

• Proven experience as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Architect.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Strong relationship-building and technical depth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to technical contact for established customers, resolving issues beyond standard support.
• Partner with Customer Success, Support, Project Management, and Product Engineering to keep customers running smoothly.
• Help customers size and scope infrastructure for demanding AI workloads.
• Guide customers through technical reviews, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and system health checks.
• Coordinate critical incident escalations and onboarding handovers.
