Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced IT leader to act as a data/AI domain expert and drive enterprise analytics solutions. You will design, develop, test and maintain analytics projects, and manage IT and automation initiatives with careful planning of costs and resources.

You will collaborate with internal customers and vendors to productionise AI models, assist in system tests and UAT, and lead the IT team to deliver reliable daily support while advancing security and policies.

Qualifications

• Require a degree in computer science, engineering or IT-related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management and team leadership experience.
• Experience with data analytics solutions and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of implementing D365 and Power BI is a plus.
• Eager to propose ideas with a pragmatic, solution-driven approach.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a data/ AI domain expert for system and project support;
• Engage in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-level data analytics solutions;
• Manage and implement IT/ automation project including the plans, cost and resources;
• Collaborate with internal customer & vendor for implementation, management & development of AI models into production environment;
• Assist in system assurance tests and user acceptance tests to ensure all new digital tools meet the firm’s rigorous standards;
• Lead and mentor the IT team to ensure excellence in daily operational support and technical task execution;
• Develop and maintain comprehensive IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to protect the firm’s intellectual property.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or IT-related field;
