Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking an AI/Automation professional to drive operation optimization using AI/RPA and digital tools. You will design POC/MVP scopes and act as a tech facilitator, guiding domain owners through UAT and board approvals.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to build business cases and CX design for AI use cases, monitor performance, and stay aligned with legal and compliance requirements while promoting an automation culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with emphasis on AI/Automation
• Strong communication and adaptability

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Senior officer consideration for less experienced candidates

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews/workshops with stakeholders to understand operations and propose AI/automation optimization solutions
• Formulate technical approach for POC and MVP of each use case; act as tech facilitator for POC and assist domain owner in UAT
• Collaborate with heads to develop business cases and CX design for AI use cases; obtain approvals from legal/compliance
• Regularly review deployed AI use cases and propose performance enhancements
• Engage with internal/external AI units and vendors to stay updated on AI developments
• Promote automation and intelligence culture across the company as AI ambassador
• Support ad hoc tasks as required by team/department heads

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews/ workshops with internal stakeholders to deeply understand the existing operation flow and logic, and then propose optimization solution with the use of AI/ RPA/ digital tools
• Formulate the technical approach and scope of the POC and MVP of each use case, and also act as the key tech facilitator to conduct the POC and assist the domain owner to perform UAT
• Work with the team head and department head to formulate the business case and CX design of AI use cases, and proceed to get approval from relevant legal & compliance units
• Regularly review the effectiveness and performance of deployed AI use cases, and make recommendations for performance enhancement
• Actively connect with internal and external AI units and tech vendors to stay abreast of the latest tech development and AI adoption across the industry
• Act as the AI ambassador to foster the "automation & intelligence" culture within the company
• Support Ad Hoc tasks assigned by team head and department head if required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, with 3 years or above relevant working experience in AI/ Automation
• Passionate about driving change and creating value, with the ability to identify opportunities within every challenge
• A strong communicator with the agility to learn quickly and adapt effectively
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as senior officer role
