Job summary

REAP Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Product Manager for Agentic Enablement (Platform AI) to reshape how teams work with agents and AI at scale. You will lead the creation of self-serve workflows, templates, connectors, and a curated skills library to empower both technical and non-technical teams.

You will design end-to-end platforms where agents replace manual tasks, drive velocity through data access and governance, and collaborate with engineering to build reusable foundations.

Qualifications

• Built and shipped production agentic systems.
• Experience delivering production-grade agentic tooling.
• Ability to drive organisation-wide change in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Find the leverage by examining how actions affect customer experience and onboarding speed.
• Build the self-serve motion with templates, connectors, and a skills library.
• Own end-to-end flows and rebuild processes around agent capabilities.
• Take workflows to always-on with a 24/7 operational system and escalation paths.
• Design for speed by treating data access, permissioning and auditability as velocity enablers.
• Partner with engineering to align internal tooling and developer experience.
• Make the value undeniable by measuring adoption and outcomes instead of effort.
• Say no to non-reusable work and focus on reusable capabilities.
• Evangelise relentlessly with training, demos, and office hours.
