Job summary

OKX Group is seeking a senior Infrastructure Architect to lead platform engineering for the AI-native era. You will define scalable architecture, standards, and roadmaps, and drive hands-on development across teams to enable multi-language ecosystems and reliable CI/CD pipelines.

You will connect code, documentation, dependencies, and runtime data, exposing capabilities via APIs, CLIs, and SDKs, while establishing proper evaluations and permissions for developers and agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering, including 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD, build systems, observability, or AIOps with large production systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, distributed systems, and production diagnostics in host-based and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience building infrastructure for multiple languages and designing shared platform interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Architecture and Evolution: define platform architecture, standards, and roadmaps; lead design and implementation across teams.
• AI Native Engineering Capabilities: connect code, docs, dependencies, test results, and runtime data; expose via APIs, CLIs, SDKs; establish evaluations and permissions.
• Infrastructure for Multiple Languages: build extensible toolchains and delivery for Go, Java, Python, C++, and Rust; ensure communication and telemetry across languages.
• Monorepo and Build Systems: define repository structure, module boundaries, and code ownership; apply Bazel/Buck2 practices for incremental and reproducible builds.
• CI/CD and Quality Engineering: create shared platforms for builds, tests, artifacts, and releases; improve gates and rollback processes.
• Observability and Reliability: unify metrics/logs/traces; set SLIs/SLOs; feed findings to improve quality.
