Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Director of Product, AI & Agent (Chatbot) to own OKX's full AI product agenda—outward, through a crypto-native AI assistant that transforms user experience; and inward, through agentic systems that are auditable and scalable. This is a unified mandate across markets and operations.

The role drives user-facing conversational AI, internal agent systems, and the AI platform, with a focus on trust, regulatory defensibility, and high-impact execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product and tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record shipping conversational or agentic AI products.
• Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture and safety design.
• Experience in regulated environments with auditability goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the user-facing AI strategy and execution for the chatbot assistant.
• Own internal agent systems roadmap for compliance, risk, fraud and ops.
• Design and govern shared AI platform infrastructure across markets.
