OKX is hiring a Director of Product, AI & Agent to own OKX's full AI product agenda — outward with a crypto-native AI assistant and inward with agentic systems that make operations intelligent, auditable, and scalable.

You will lead user-facing AI strategy and internal AI roadmaps across compliance, risk, fraud, and operations, ensuring regulatory defensibility and a seamless experience for traders and institutions.

Qualificações

• 12+ years in product & tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale.
• Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products — as the owner, not a contributor
• Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
• Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
• Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
• Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
• Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant.
• Own the agentic AI roadmap for internal functions — compliance, risk, fraud, and operations.
• Own the product design of shared infrastructure that powers orchestration, evaluation, safety, and governance.
