Job summary

Century Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to turn C-Suite priorities into AI-enabled products and governance. You will own problem framing, requirements, technical delivery, adoption, and measurement across US and Asia, partnering with CTO, CEO, and cross‑functional leaders.

You will build an AI operating model, drive governance, and manage a scalable AI portfolio, delivering measurable business value through strong PM disciplines and adoption initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in consulting, operations, transformation, product, or solutions engineering, with AI deployment in commercial/operational setting
• Experience leading or contributing to an AI or transformation program from design to implementation
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented workflows
• Hands-on experience using agentic coding tools to build or prototype
• Strong product management skills: prioritization, requirements, roadmaps, schedules, cross-functional alignment

Responsibilities

• Turn C-Suite priorities into AI-enabled solutions: define use cases, assess value, and determine delivery approach
• Build and evolve AI governance: policies, standards, tooling, and guardrails
• Manage enterprise AI portfolio: prioritize high-ROI use cases, create roadmaps, and drive delivery across cross-functional streams
• Develop reusable AI workflows, prompts, and playbooks for scalable adoption across geographies
• Drive adoption through training, documentation, and internal showcases with measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance to align governance with business use across US and Asia
