Chaos Theory in Hong Kong seeks a Technical Product Manager to own products end to end, from stakeholder conversations to delivery, launch and ongoing improvements. AI tools guide market analysis, data, and prototyping to inform decisions.

You’ll run discovery, design, AI-augmented analysis and go-live support, shaping the roadmap and ensuring clear success metrics for features. A strong emphasis on cross-functional leadership and pragmatic trade-offs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in product management, owning features from requirements through launch and iteration.
• AI fluency with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor for research, data analysis and prototyping, with examples ready.
• Technical fluency; ability to read code and API docs and write clear acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Data skills; ability to write SQL to define requirements, set success metrics and evaluate results.
• Writing and diagramming; ability to write clear specs and leadership summaries, and to use diagrams when helpful.
• Stakeholder management; align people with competing priorities, including external partners, and say no with rationale.

Responsibilities

• Discovery – gather and reconcile requirements from internal teams, leadership and external partners, after researching solutions from competitors.
• Product design – adapt rewards, loyalty and progression to fit the platform and users.
• AI-augmented analysis – size opportunities, track trends and build prototypes, automate repetitive work.
• Specs and diagrams – write PRDs with user stories, edge cases and acceptance criteria, with diagrams for engineers and QA.
• Delivery and scope – own the roadmap, set realistic timelines and protect scope.
• Launch and iteration – run UAT, define success metrics and drive ongoing improvements.
