• Expert level (e.g., CCIE) or equivalent relevant certification expected.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a technical authority or thought leader in AI-driven solutions across multiple domains.
• Leads global, cross-functional teams including PMs, PgMs, SDMs, CEs, TLs and customer stakeholders for complex, multi-architecture solutions.
• Shapes and leads strategic engagements with executives to drive business transformation and ethical AI initiatives.
• Guides customers through transformative decisions with deep knowledge of evolving business models and market dynamics.
• Expands and deepens customer relationships through adoption acceleration, expansion planning, and renewals.
