Job summary

CLPS Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited seeks a Solutions Architect to define architecture that aligns business requirements with AI capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, production-ready AI platforms and applications.

You will lead architecture for AI and ML initiatives, engaging stakeholders to define roadmaps, designing end-to-end platforms with data models, integration, and security layers, and governing architecture standards and tools.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience delivering AI or data-driven solutions.
• Experience in solution architecture for AI/Generative AI.
• Design enterprise-scale solutions on Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of API integration, microservices, data platforms and distributed systems.
• Experience with AI governance, security and responsible AI principles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferred: Azure OpenAI, Anthropic or similar platforms.
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation and vector databases.
• Industry experience in regulated sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture design for AI Generative AI and ML initiatives.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define technology roadmaps.
• Design end-to-end AI platforms including data model, application integration and security layers.
• Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, and evaluate AI technologies and cloud services.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the solution delivery lifecycle and ensure security compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guide implementation and resolve technical challenges.
• Present solution designs and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on defining architecture aligning business requirements with technology capabilities and ensuring scalable secure and production ready AI platforms and applications

Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture design for AI Generative AI and machine learning initiatives

Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define technology roadmaps

Design end to end AI platforms including data model application integration and security layers

Define architecture standards best practices and governance frameworks Evaluate and recommend AI technologies tools and cloud services Provide technical leadership throughout the solution delivery lifecycle Ensure compliance with security risk and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with engineering teams to guide implementation and resolve technical challenges

Present solution designs and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related discipline 7 years of experience in solution architecture with experience delivering AI or data driven solutions

Strong understanding of machine learning Generative AI and LLM based architectures Experience designing enterprise scale solutions on Azure AWS or GCP Knowledge of API integration microservices data platforms and distributed systems

Experience with AI governance security and responsible AI principles Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure OpenAI OpenAI Anthropic or similar AI platforms Experience with Retrieval Augmented

Generation RAG vector databases and AI agent architectures

Relevant cloud or architecture certifications Azure Solutions Architect AWS Solutions Architect TOGAF etc

Experience in banking insurance or other highly regulated industries

Experience leading architecture review boards and technical governance discussions
