Job summary

Sanderson-iKas Hong Kong seeks an AI Solutions Architect to shape and deliver AI-enabled platform capabilities across the bank. You will partner with business leaders to define solution direction, align with enterprise strategy, and scale AI solutions from concept to production.

You will design AI-driven solutions, drive architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance, security, and compliance throughout implementations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, ML, and automation technologies.
• Experience with cloud infra, data platforms, APIs and microservices.
• Financial services background, investment or private banking preferred.

The AI Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge, AI-enabled platform capabilities across the Bank. Acting as a trusted AI advisor, you will partner with business leaders and product teams to define solution direction, ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, and help scale innovative AI solutions from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business domains and product owners to define AI platform vision, roadmap, and architecture aligned to enterprise strategy
• Design and advise on AI-driven solutions, including generative AI, automation, and scalable platform architectures
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution designs, providing guidance on build vs. buy decisions and architectural trade-offs
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure governance, security, and compliance across all solution designs

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation technologies
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, data platforms, APIs, and microservices architecture
• Financial services industry experience, preferably within investment or private banking
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
