Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking a seasoned professional to conceive, develop, and implement life, health, and wellness insurance products. You will collaborate with actuarial, operations, legal, distribution, marketing, finance and IT to deliver innovative products aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating product documentation, evaluating launches, and guiding the product lifecycle from concept to market.

Qualifications

• Degree holders with 5+ years in general insurance product development and implementation.
• Experience with GI product knowledge in sales, underwriting or operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist head of department in design and development of general insurance products (medical/non-medical).
• Monitor product development, implementation, and approval processes across divisions (actuarial, operations, legal, compliance, distribution, marketing, finance, IT).
• Prepare product specifications, launch packs, risk assessments and evaluation documents for product launches.
• Coordinate delivery of product materials, training tools, and product briefing before launch; support management with performance reviews.
