Job summary

Keeta, an independent brand under Meituan, seeks an Operations Lead to optimize delivery operations, oversee courier appeals and joiner applications, and drive cross-functional collaboration across a fast-growing global on-demand platform in Hong Kong.

You will lead two reviewer teams, develop SOPs, mentor staff, monitor KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements to fleet efficiency and customer experience while adapting to evolving business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in operations; leadership preferred.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders through effective communication.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Process Excellence: Act as subject matter expert for delivery operations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams to align priorities.
• Leadership: Lead two reviewer teams; develop SOPs and coach staff.
• Ownership: End-to-end accountability from strategy to day-to-day operations and incidents.
• Data-driven Insights and Scalability: Monitor KPIs and pilot tools/automation.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Support special initiatives and pilot programs.
