Job summary

KEK Consultancy Company Limited client seeks a high calibre candidate for AI application, digital transformation and construction technology with 2+ years of relevant experience. The role emphasizes AI/ML platforms and BIM/CAD workflow integration across design and manufacturing.

The position requires travel between Hong Kong and Guangdong, and fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Hong Kong permanent resident status is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or Construction Technology.
• 2+ years in AI application, digital transformation, or construction technology.
• Experience in AI/ML platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a MUST.
• Experience in MiC/ Precast/ Door/ Window will be an advantage.
• Plan and implement into workflows, such as design optimization, predictive modeling and manufacturing integration.
• Integrate data transmission between design and manufacturing teams using BIM, CAD and AI-assisted design platforms.
• Implement solutions to connect design outputs together with manufacturing processes.
• Travel between Hong Kong office and China Factory to follow up the product progress and quality.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

• Coordinate BIM/CAD data exchanges between design and factory teams.

• Experience in AI product development is preferred
• Experience in MiC/ Precast/ Door/ Window will be an advantage
