Job summary

Global Executive Consultants Limited (GlobalExec) is seeking a high-calibre candidate for a public-sector client to advance AI-native development, systems engineering, and LLM optimization. The role focuses on building scalable backend APIs (Python/JS/TS), frontend layers, and enhancing AI workflows using cutting-edge tooling.

Responsibilities include AI-native development with Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code and OpenCode; R&D on global AIGC trends; and optimization of prompts for model accuracy

Qualifications

Our client, a public sector, is looking for high-calibre person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:

AI-Native Development: Use Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, and OpenCode to accelerate code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.

Systems Engineering: Develop scalable backend APIs/services (Python/JS/TS) and frontend layers to fill gaps where AI workflows aren't applicable.

LLM Optimization: prompt engineering to enhance model accuracy, reasoning, and safety.

R&D: Monitor global AIGC trends (new models, MCP protocol) and evaluate their business applications.

Requirements:

Automation Platforms Experience with n8n (workflows, API/webhook integration) and Dify (agents, RAG orchestration, tools).

AI Coding Tools (Preferred): Experience with Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or OpenCode.

Less experience will also be considered.
