Own the end-to-end architecture for AI, data, and agentic solutions delivered by Tectura. This role leads client discovery, solutioning, and delivery governance, converting business requirements into secure, scalable, and supportable architectures. Own solution narrative and executive-ready architecture packs for proposals (assumptions, risks, estimates, and implementation roadmap).
Partner with account teams to deliver high-impact demos and technical workshops; support solution qualification and objection handling.
Define acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements early to de-risk delivery and strengthen SOWs.
Produce and maintain HLD/LLD, architecture decision records (ADRs), and integration patterns; ensure alignment to standards and client constraints.
Lead design reviews; validate that solutions are fit-for-purpose across security, reliability, performance, and cost.
Guide engineering teams (CoE + F&O/BC delivery squads) on implementation approach, trade-offs, and technical risk management.
Ensure operational readiness gates are met with the Service Transition Manager and Security / Compliance Governors.
Develop and maintain reusable reference architectures and accelerators (agent patterns, RAG patterns, deployment patterns) that can be adopted across customers.
Continuously improve CoE standards, templates, and governance processes based on delivery feedback and post-implementation learnings.
Architecture packs for pursuits (target architecture, estimate inputs, delivery approach, risks/assumptions).
Delivery architecture artifacts: HLD/LLD, ADRs, integration patterns, NFR checklists, and readiness sign-off inputs.
Reusable CoE reference architectures and templates (agent patterns, grounding/RAG patterns, deployment patterns).
8–12+ years in solution architecture / technical leadership delivering enterprise solutions (consulting or SI environment).
Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and written documentation skills (architecture docs, proposals, and executive materials).
Broad understanding of cloud architecture, integration patterns, identity/access fundamentals, and operational readiness considerations.
Ability to estimate and plan delivery, manage technical risks, and guide multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365) and/or open-source LLM deployments in enterprise contexts.
Experience defining evaluation/quality gates for LLM/agent solutions and implementing responsible AI guardrails.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure architecture, security, or solution architecture frameworks) are an advantage.
