Job summary

Pinpoint Asia's Insurance Group seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery within the Sales & Distribution Technology team in Hong Kong.

You will guide ceremonies, coach teams, and collaborate with Product Owner and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure transparent, incremental progress and high-quality digital solutions for insurance distribution channels. Fluent Cantonese and English are required, with Mandarin a bonus.

Qualifications

• 6 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience for software teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I/II) is required.
• Experience in sales distribution or digital channel projects preferred.
• Insurance sector experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong SDLC knowledge to facilitate technical discussions.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is required; Mandarin is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage sprint cycles and guide the team through all Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach the team and stakeholders in Agile values and practices.
• Partner with Product Owner to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog.
• Coordinate with other delivery teams to ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Use burndown charts and velocity tracking to improve transparency.
