A leading insurance organisation is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager / Scrum Master to join their expanding digital transformation team. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed across delivery teams
• Support project planning, tracking, reporting and risk management for digital initiatives
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Maintain clear communication channels and documentation to ensure visibility across all project stages
• Assist in resource coordination and project budgeting
• Encourage continuous improvement across processes and team performance
• Help resolve impediments to progress and escalte issues where necessary

Qualifications & Skills

• 4–5+ years of experience in project management/business analyst roles, ideally within financial services or insurance
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Basic understanding of digital platforms, transformation initiatives, and system integration
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus
