Job summary

Chubb Life is seeking a project leader to ensure deliverables align with scope, time, and cost. You will lead and coach the team, coordinate with business and vendors, and report progress to stakeholders with timely escalations.

You will develop project plans, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring risks are mitigated and change managed. You will balance resources from local and offshore partners and drive agile ways of working to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects and delivery teams.
• Ability to develop project plans, resource plans and budgets.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Ability to manage risks and change management plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the project team to deliver on scope, time and cost.
• Document and align project scope with stakeholders and obtain approvals.
• Develop project plans, budgets and resources plans for sponsorship review.
• Manage project finances including cost reforecast, benefits tracking and realization.
• Coordinate with local and offshore partners to balance resources and delivery.
