Job summary

Chubb External is seeking an experienced project manager to ensure delivery of initiatives on scope, time and cost. You will lead, coach, and support the team, including business partners and vendors, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders on progress, issues and required support.

You will document and align project scope, develop business case, resource plans and budgets for approval; oversee risks, change management, and post‑project tracking to realize benefits.

Responsibilities

• Document and align project scope with stakeholders; develop plan, resources, and budgets for approval.
• Lead and motivate the project team; define project charter with clear roles and responsibilities; communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Manage project financials including cost forecasts and realization; plan post-project tracking.
• Align IT delivery with teams; balance on-shore/off-shore resources to meet needs.
• Drive agile delivery with partners; promote delivery squad and focus on business value.
