Lenovo Group Limited is seeking a Manager to develop and enhance global accounting policies, governance, and processes across its multinational footprint. You will partner with finance teams, IT, internal audit, and business units to ensure consistent practices, strong compliance, and ongoing process improvement.

The role includes leading AI-enabled initiatives to automate and monitor accounting controls, with collaboration across consultants, data specialists, and finance stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification required (ACCA, HKICPA, AICPA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, governance, controllership, audit, advisory, or finance transformation.
• Experience gained through Big Four accounting firms and/or MNCs.
• Experience in accounting policy, technical accounting, financial reporting, accounting governance, or controllership functions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance global accounting policies and practices.
• Drive consistent application of accounting policies across regions and business units.
• Provide accounting consultation and support to global finance teams and stakeholders.
• Support the governance framework and monitor compliance with accounting policies.
• Identify risks and mitigate actions in accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Lead AI initiatives focused on accounting controls, governance monitoring, and process execution.
