Job summary

Kroll is seeking an Associate in Agency and Trustee Services for a full-time, 3-month contract in Hong Kong. You will perform P&I calculations, amortisation schedules, waterfall calculations, and related trustee and agency duties across markets.

The role requires a bachelor degree in accounting or finance and 2–5 years in accounting, banking or corporate finance, with strong analytical skills and English communication; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in accounting or finance.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, banking or corporate finance.
• Good business sense and commercial acumen.
• Strong financial and business analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, dedicated and outgoing team player.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English is essential with Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handling P&I calculations, amortisation schedules, waterfall calculations, conversions etc.
• Executing and administrating various corporate trustee and agency duties including liaising with clients.
• Handle client instructions for cash/securities in various markets.
• Work closely with internal deal, client services and finance teams on transaction administration and monitoring both in Hong Kong and other offices.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as required.
