Job summary

Kroll is seeking an Associate for Agency and Trustee Services in Hong Kong. This full-time role supports P&I calculations, amortization schedules, and trustee duties across markets, coordinating with internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and has 2–5 years’ experience in accounting, banking, or corporate finance, with strong analytical and communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handling P&I calculations, amortization schedules, waterfall calculations, conversions etc.;
• Executing and administrating various corporate trustee and agency duties including liaising with clients;
• Handle client instructions for cash/securities in various markets
• Work closely with internal deal, client services and finance teams on transaction administration and monitoring both in Hong Kong and other offices;
• Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting, banking or corporate finance industry
• Good business sense and commercial acumen
• Strong financial and business analytical skills
• Self-motivated, dedicated and outgoing team player
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English is essential with Mandarin an advantage
