Job summary

ISS Facility Services Limited in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, seeks a Project Accountant for Property Management & Trust Accounts to support the Finance Director and ensure timely financial statements for managed properties under Cap. 344.

You will coordinate trust accounting and client IO communications, delivering accurate monthly and yearly statements. Candidate should have an accounting or finance degree, 5+ years in a sizable organization, and fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Internationally recognized accounting qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in sizable organization.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Independent, detail-minded, able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and experience working with building management would be advantageous but not necessary.
• Strong commitment, analytical, proactive, and high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and work closely with the trust accounting team in managing monthly reporting matters under PAM.
• Project manage the timely distribution of monthly reports to managed properties and handle IO inquiries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to obtain and reconcile information for monthly and yearly financial statements.
• Work with external auditors to ensure reporting compliance and timely audited statements as per Cap. 344.
• Oversee outsourced providers for financial and management reporting tasks when required.
• Provide regular communication and training on processes and systems for employees and providers.
• Involve, coordinate, and support special projects as needed.
