Job summary

Kroll is seeking an Associate for Agency and Trustee Services in Hong Kong. This full-time role supports P&I calculations, amortization schedules, and trustee duties across markets, coordinating with internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and has 2–5 years’ experience in accounting, banking, or corporate finance, with strong analytical and communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting, banking or corporate finance.
• Strong financial and business analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle P&I calculations, amortization schedules, waterfall calculations, and conversions.
• Execute corporate trustee and agency duties and liaise with clients.
• Manage client instructions for cash and securities across markets.
• Collaborate with deal, client services and finance teams on transaction administration.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
