Qualifications

• Diploma or above in relevant engineering disciplines such as Aviation, Aircraft Maintenance, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Automotive Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or apprenticeship experience is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Awareness of workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist to maintain and repair aero engine and component in accordance with authorized overhaul or engine manuals.
• Ensure the company tools are maintained in good conditions.
• Learn and apply company procedures, work instructions, and technical standards.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and comply with 5S housekeeping standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties assigned by supervisors.
