Job summary

Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL) is seeking a proactive Industrial Engineering professional to lead and embed continuous improvement across the business. You will facilitate lean initiatives, coach teams, and drive operational excellence using Kaizen and 5S techniques.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a degree in a related field, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• Knowledge in lean sigma or problem solving is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, action-oriented and approachable team-player.
• Knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead improvement activities to embed a continuous improvement culture within the Business.
• Directs and facilitates ongoing lean continuous improvement process through techniques, e.g., Kaizen, 5S, etc.
• Carry out and facilitate business improvement activities across the company to achieve company strategic objectives, KPI targets and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Project Leaders to conduct process workshops, identify wastage, analyse issues/ pain points and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor improvement activities and provide coaching and guidance to business units and drive units to achieve the set standard.
• Provide coaching and training on business improvement disciplines.
