Administrative Assistant (Design and General Administrative Support)

Key Responsibilities:

Visual & Multimedia Creation: Assist in crafting engaging visual materials (e.g., posters, publications, event backdrops, brochures, and souvenirs) and producing dynamic short-form videos for school events and campaigns.

Social Media & Digital Presence: Support content creation and daily visual storytelling across social platforms, parent communication channels, and the school website.

AI & Modern Workflow Exploration: Leverage generative AI tools and smart productivity software (Notion) to optimize creative workflows and enhance everyday administrative efficiency.

Administrative & Operational Support: Provide daily administrative support to the General Office, and assist with logistics/coordination for school events and activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Qualifications: Diploma / Higher Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Media, or related disciplines.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; passionate Fresh Graduates with a standout portfolio are warmly welcomed.

Design & Video Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and basic video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut). Portfolio required upon application.

AI Curiosity & Adaptability: Eager to explore and apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Firefly, etc.) and basic web CMS updates.

Languages & Attributes: Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua; a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.
