Job summary

Elee Consulting Limited invites a seasoned graphic design and communications professional to join its team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on designing internal and public-facing graphics and anti-deception campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in design or corporate communications, strong bilingual skills, and proficiency with Adobe, Canva and AI tools. The position offers a 5-days work week with MPF and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Degree in Media Design/Communication Design/Graphic Design/Public Relations and Advertising Design.
• At least 5 years of full-time post-qualification experience in design, PR, community engagement, corporate communication, or social media marketing.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Advanced software proficiency including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and AI tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Ability to plan, execute and manage projects and understand user requirements for UI prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and determining graphic contents for internal social media platforms.
• Prepare content for anti-deception campaigns across media incl. radio, TV, internet and public transport.
• Assist in script writing for press conferences and social media.
• Support graphic production, including infographics to uphold a professional image.
• Conduct research on local and overseas social media practices as directed.
• Set up computer equipment for graphic design; undertake other duties as directed by seniors.

Job description

have a degree holder, or equivalent, in the disciplines of Media Design / Communication Design / Graphic Design / Public Relations and Advertising Design;

have at least 5 years of full time post-qualification working experience in design, public relations, community engagement, corporate communication or social media marketing in a sizeable organization, with the use of mobile applications, digital platforms and/or social media platforms;

have attained Level 5 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;

be proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English;

be proficient in software applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign, Canva and generative AI (including DALL-E, Midjourney, OpenArt and Stable Diffusion), Knowledge of video and animation editing and experience in design and editing of websites are considered an advantage;

possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be a good team player with creativity and dynamism, attentive to details, and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;

be able to plan, execute and manage projects independently to achieve the communications goals;

be able to understand user requirements and illustrate the workflow by creating a user interface prototype;

have good presentational and interpersonal skills;

have high adaptability to an environment of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity; and

JOB DUTIES:

To assist in designing and determining graphic contents to be used mainly on internal communication platforms of social media platforms for general public;

To assist in designing contents for posts to publicize anti-deception messages any media, including, but not limited to, radio channels, TV, video walls, the Internet and multi-media advertisements on public transports, and at seminars, exhibitions and other public functions/ activities;

To assist in script writing and determining contents to be used in press conference and on social media platforms, taking into consideration the current public sentiment;

To assist in graphic production including creating infographic designs with a view to upholding positive and professional image;

To conduct researches on local and overseas practices in respect of the use of social media and any project areas as directed;

To set up computer equipment for graphic design;

To perform any other duties as directed by the senior officers; and
