This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our office, providing essential support to ensure our business runs efficiently. You will be the backbone of our administrative operations, managing day‑to‑day tasks, coordinating between departments and supporting our team to focus on their core responsibilities. Managing general office administration tasks including filing, scheduling, and record‑keeping
Providing support to various departments by coordinating meetings, preparing documents and managing correspondence
Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and directing them appropriately
Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate databases and filing systems
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members
Preparing reports, presentations and other administrative documents
Supporting the coordination of company events and meetings
Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support business operations
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Professional demeanour and a courteous approach to working with colleagues and external contacts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with office management systems and equipment
