Job summary

Zuellig Pharma Limited is seeking an Account Receivable Executive to cover a 4-month maternity leave in Hong Kong. You will manage end-to-end AR processes, issue receipts, and pursue timely payments while supporting daily accounting operations and filing systems.

The role requires 1+ year of AR experience, tertiary education in accounting or related fields, and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of SAP is a plus and bilingual English/Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 1+ year of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including statements and receipts.
• Proactively liaise with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Perform routine daily accounting tasks and maintain filing systems.
• Handle outdoor banking and postal duties as needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks and general admin as required.
