Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge in accounting required.
• 3 years' AR and collections experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoice, delivery notes, and customer statements.
• Prepare AR reports and follow up with departments or customers for debt collection.
• Monitor month-end payment plans with customers to align with forecasts.
• AR reconciliation and monthly/quarterly reporting for month-end closing.
• Month-end closing and schedules relating to AR and cash flow.
• Assist with ad hoc reports or projects as required.
