Job summary

Kid Line Worldwide Limited is seeking an accurate and detail-oriented Merchandising Clerk/Accounting Assistant to support the merchandising and accounting team in Hong Kong. You will ensure precise invoice processing, quotation preparation, and meticulous record-keeping; reporting to the Accounting Merchandiser.

The role involves carrying out accounting and auditing tasks, and assisting with ad-hoc assignments to keep processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Degree, IVE or higher diploma in Accounting or related discipline.
• Over 2 years in accounting or auditing experience preferred.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Experience using Kingdee ERP preferred.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).
