Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join a global confectionery client in Hong Kong. You will process vendor invoices, manage payments, and support AP workflows using SAP FIORI.

You will assist with month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and audit requests, requiring sharp attention to detail and strong English communication. Familiarity with SAP and Excel is essential; Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting functions.
• Knowledge of invoice processing, payment runs, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Hands-on proficiency in SAP and Excel; SAP FIORI is an advantage; strong attention to detail and proactive follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming vendor invoices, assign budget approvals, and track workflow completion using SAP FIORI.
• Manage daily SAP updates for incoming/outgoing bank transactions, AR payments, and bank charges.
• Execute weekly payment proposal runs (F110/DBS) and ensure sufficient funding for disbursements.
• Perform monthly Bank Statement and IC reconciliations and maintain open item balances.
• Conduct fixed asset numbering, stock counts, warranty tracking, and monthly depreciation runs.
• Assist with month-end reporting duties including freight KPI updates, logistic listings, and management expense summaries.
• Support audit requests by preparing audit confirmation letters for AR, AP, and banking institutions.

• Hands-on proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with SAP FIORI is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to follow-through.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Cantonese or other regional language skills are beneficial.
