Job summary

East Asia Professional Photofinishing Laboratory Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Accountant to manage the full set of books and payroll with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires proficiency with Tec ERP system and Excel, and strong communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with at least five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of experience handling full set of books and payroll.
• Proficient in Tec ERP system and Excel.
• Strong English and Mandarin; Cantonese spoken.
• Bachelor's or higher in Finance & Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Report to Accounting Manager.
• Handle full set of books including AP/AR and journal entries.
• Enter daily transactions in Tec system (vouchers, cheque payments, journal entries, petty cash) and perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain proper accounting filing.
• Support month-end closing and year-end audit.
• Process payroll for part-time and employees as required.

Requirements and qualifications

• l High Diploma / Degree in Finance & Accounting, LCC higher or related disciplines


• l 5 years proved experience for handling full set of books and payroll calculation


• l Good in computerized accounting ERP- Tec system and familiar in Excel


• l Good in spoken and written in English and Mandarin, Cantonese

Responsibilities

• Report to Accounting Manager


• MUST helpful, polite, ultimate team player, able to meet deadline and willing for multitasking support without hesitation.


• Handle full set of books independently, perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties.


• Day to day simple accounting entry to Tec system such as vouchers, issue cheque payments, journal entries, some petty cash with bank reconciliation accurately to hit of deadline.


• keep proper accounting systematic filing.


• month end closing activities and year end audit support.


• Perform part time and employee payroll calculation and payment arrangement per time frame aligned.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM
(Saturday alternate weeks after a 3-month probation period)
