Ptarmigan Media Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an accounting professional to generate client sales invoices, maintain AR records, and process AP vendor invoices. The role requires meticulous ledger maintenance and support for month-end closing.

You will assist with intercompany billing, audits, and budget planning, ensuring adherence to internal controls. Strong English, Chinese, and Mandarin communication is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, results-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Generate client sales invoices and verify booking details.
• Maintain AR records and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Handle AP vendor invoices and prepare for payment processing.
• Maintain good filing system.
• Assist with bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance and month-end closing.
• Handle intercompany billing and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support the team on external audit and budget planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to process improvements.
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
