Job summary

KHI Holdings Group is seeking a hands‑on Treasury/Accounting professional in Hong Kong to join the Finance team. The role covers a full accounting remit for the Group’s property management, investment, and charitable foundation activities, including financial reporting, tax work, and cash flow management.

You will work in a small team with a hands‑on approach, liaising with overseas accountants and auditors to support a stable family‑office environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline.
• HKICPA/ACCA qualified; finalist candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of standalone and consolidated accounts, liaise with overseas accountants and service providers.
• Handle accounting matters across property management, investment and charitable foundation activities.
• Prepare periodical management accounts and financial statements independently.
• Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Prepare Hong Kong profits tax returns and computations, and conduct overseas tax research.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Coach and review work of Accounting Trainee within the team.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Job description

The successful candidate will join the Treasury department, report to the Financial Controller, and work in a small team with both finance and accounting responsibilities across the Group's property management, investment and charitable foundation activities.

This is a hands-on role suited to candidates seeking broad accounting exposure in a stable family office environment, with direct involvement in accounting operations, financial reporting, audit, tax and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of standalone and consolidated accounts, liaise directly with overseas accountants and service providers
• Handle accounting matters across the Group's property management, financial investment and charitable foundation activities
• Prepare periodical management accounts and financial statements independently
• Support the annual audit process and liaise directly with external auditors
• Prepare Hong Kong profits tax returns and computations, and conduct independent research on overseas audit and tax requirements
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets, and actual vs budget analysis
• Coach and review the work of Accounting Trainee within the team
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline; HKICPA/ACCA qualified, finalist candidates are welcome to apply
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred; candidates seeking broader exposure across property, investment and charitable foundation accounting are welcome to apply
• Some understanding of listed securities and private instruments will be an advantage
• Proficiency in the use of Infor SunSystems will be an advantage
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Responsible, adaptable, hands-on and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently, learn quickly and meet accounting deadlines
• Short notice will be an advantage
