Job summary

Kenfil Hong Kong Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager/Executive to lead corporate IT training solutions for enterprise clients. You will build strong client relationships, identify skills gaps, and tailor learning pathways and certifications to business goals.

You will quote learning solutions, drive sales strategies, and collaborate with trainers to deliver high-quality programs while supporting workforce transformation through digital and AI adoption. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Customer Success, Training Services, Education Services or related fields.
• Experience in IT, training, education, HR consulting, learning & development, or professional services field is an advantage.
• Good customer engagement, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Passionate about helping organizations develop talent and embrace digital and AI transformation.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English with good written English; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Work closely with internal teams and trainers to provide high-quality learning experiences to customers.
